Questions & answers
What fulfillment systems does Synced work with?
Any system that accepts HTTP webhooks. This includes ShipBob, ShipStation, Flexport, Deliverr, and any custom warehouse API. If they have a webhook endpoint, we can send orders there.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Install from the Shopify App Store, enter your warehouse webhook URL, optionally configure field mapping, and you're done. Orders start syncing immediately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for all stored credentials, verify webhooks with HMAC signatures, and only store sync metadata (not your actual order data). We're SOC 2 compliant.
What happens if a sync fails?
We automatically retry failed syncs up to 5 times with exponential backoff. You'll get an email alert on persistent failures, and you can manually retry from the dashboard.
Can I transform the order data format?
Yes. Our field mapping feature lets you rename fields, apply transformations (uppercase, dates, etc.), and restructure the payload to match your warehouse's expected format—no code required.
