Synced is a Shopify application that synchronizes your store's order data to external fulfillment systems and warehouse APIs. The Service includes:
To use Synced, you must have a valid Shopify store and authorize the App to access your store data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
Synced offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

The Service forwards data to third-party destinations you configure. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your webhook destinations are secure and compliant with applicable laws.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synced, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your use of the Service by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synced operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
